– Photograph your home to show it’s best features
– Produce a professional full motion, narrated video of your home that is uploaded to YouTube and all related websites.
– Introduce our Coldwell Banker agents to your home on Monday morning
– Hold a Cooperating Brokerage Open House on Thursday morning – and we serve treats!
– Prepare a Feature Sheet detailing the features of your home so that Buyers have all the facts
– Produce a binder of pertinent documents like your utility costs, survey and upgrade details to be displayed at all
showings
– Hold Public Open House’s with your approval and at your convenience
– Use of a Coldwell Banker welcome mat to greet visitors
– Use of a Sign-in sheet so we know who our visitors are
– Install directional signs to make sure people see that your home is for sale
– We followup with Cooperating Agents after each showing and call you with feedback
– Mail or drop-off a bi-weekly postcard outlining the advertising that we have done
– Mail or drop-off a monthly report detailing all showings, activity and feedback
– Produce a Photo Board for our office window
– Upload your listing details and photos to www.Realtor.ca, www.RealEstateinStThomas.ca and
www.ColdwellBanker.ca
– Security – We I DO NOT place a keybox on your front door and leave it there. Only when there is a showing request
will we install one – then when the showing is completed, we come back to check the doors and lights and remove
the keybox
– I can be reached directly anytime via text or email
– All of my work is aimed at finding a qualified buyer for your home
– Then I’ll negotiate all Purchase Offer so that you get the best price and terms
– Provide a detailed Moving Checklist to ensure you move goes smoothly
– I’ll be available to ensure that your closing goes smoothly and work to fix any hiccups
